Therefore, today we will analyze everything in great detail. How to get to Pinsk from Minsk? Where are the stops? On which sites is it better to search for tickets, and how much will your wallet lose weight after buying them?
Pinsk is one of the most beautiful cities in Belarus. Therefore, if you have not been there yet, correct this misunderstanding as soon as possible. And how to do it, I’ll tell you now.
Why is a minibus the only normal option?
Formally, there are three ways to get to Pinsk from the capital at once:
- By minibus;
- By train;
- and hitchhiking.
In a normal situation, I would strongly recommend rail transport. But all trains from Minsk arrive in Pinsk very late – at 11 p.m. or 5 a.m. If you live in the capital of Polesie, this is a good option. But I would not recommend it to tourists.
There is only one exception – train No. 859, which runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He arrives in Pinsk at 18:09 (and this is even more or less). But I repeat: I would not have gone like that myself. By the time you find your hotel, check in and sort out your things – it will already be evening outside the window.

Direct payment of the fare is made in cash in the hands of the driver. And to make sure whether you are going or not, 1-2 hours before the trip, he will call you back additionally.
In principle, you can catch a minibus right at the train station (without prior reservation). But in this case, the driver will pick you up only if your gaze is pitiful enough, and there will be empty seats in the cabin.

How to find a place to live in Pinsk?

I was returning home on the minibus of the company “Crisant” and it went from platform 5 of the Pinsk bus station.
The cars of the 7588 company are a little more original and collect passengers on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street – at the KFC restaurant. I don’t know if this is a common practice or the creativity of one particular driver. But if you will be returning to Minsk with this company, here is one photo for you. Of course, minibuses collect people on the way – on Pervomaiskaya Street and on the way out of the city. But I would not recommend this option to tourists. What if you get lost? It’s better to walk to the bus station.
