There are at least 4 ways to get to Nesvizh Castle from Minsk.:
- By bus (for 13.50 BYN)
- By minibus (for 13 BYN)
- As part of an organized tour group (for 140-150 BYN);
- And also by train with a transit stop in the City (from 6 BYN).
Each of these options has both pros and cons. And that’s what we’re going to talk about today.
Guided tour

This is the most expensive, but at the same time the most comfortable way to get to Nesvizh. You will be picked up at the Station Square, taken to the city of Radziwill, told the history of these places, and in the middle of the day you will also be served a lunch of traditional Belarusian dishes. Also included in this tour is another famous castle, Mirsky. Therefore, in one day you will be able to see two TOP attractions of Belarus at once.
You can find out all the details and book a seat on the bus here or here.
Advantages: guide services, the opportunity to travel the World, as well as full escort during the trip.
Cons: relatively high cost. At the time of publication, such an excursion costs 140-150 BYN.
Buses

They depart from the Central Station of Minsk (near the Lenin Square metro station). There’s a flight schedule board and a kind aunt in the Info window. Therefore, it is as easy as possible to find your bus.
Flight schedules can be viewed in advance on the website ticketbus.by .
At the moment (01/30/2026) the layout of the buses looks like this…

As you can see, there are relatively few flights. But I think it’s quite realistic to pick something from this list. Ticket price: 13.5 BYN. Travel time: about 2 hours.
Minibuses of private companies

I really don’t like them (since I’m almost 2 meters tall). But honestly, it’s worth admitting that they have several important advantages.
First of all, there are a lot of them. You can leave for Nesvizh at almost any convenient time. And minibuses are relatively cheap. And many of them have WI-FI (and, as you know, everything gets better with it).

Tickets usually cost around 13 BYN. You can check if the information is outdated on the websites of private carriers.:

- 7667.by
- nesvizh-stolbcy-minsk.by
- dovezem.by.
In the meantime, you are happy, anticipating low prices and free Internet, I will write a few words about the disadvantages of the Nesvizh minibuses.
To begin with, the cars themselves are very sad. It’s not a museum rarity, but you shouldn’t expect anything special from them either. “Polite drivers” seem polite only compared to Freddy Krueger. And they really like to arrange their stops in rather exotic places. Therefore, prepare for the landing site to be “300 meters under the bridge, opposite the Pedagogical University.”

Here is a simple example. I’ve been living in Minsk for 30 years, but it still took me a while to find my minibus. It started from sector A3 of the Prostore store parking lot at Malinovka metro station. It seems to me that it will not be very comfortable for tourists.
Minsk-Gorodeya train + Gorodeya – Nesvizh bus
Another option for those who want to challenge themselves. Every day from Minsk to the citythere are a huge number of electric trains. They leave almost every hour (starting at 4 a.m.). The fare is 4.3 BYN. At the same time, you can buy a ticket with «open time». We missed one flight and took the next. In this regard, everything is very convenient.

The main thing is not to forget that different trains leave from different stations. Some come from Minsk Central Station. Others are from the Institute of Culture station (you can get there by metro). Also keep in mind that not only commuter trains, but also trains travel from Minsk to the city. You can find them out in the schedule at a higher cost. If the flight costs 3-4 rubles, then you have a train in front of you. If it’s 11-15 BYN, then it’s a train.
You can view the train schedule using the service.minsk.elektrichki.net or on the website of the Belarusian Railway <#8212;RW.BY .

Trains from Minsk to the city take about 1.5 hours (sometimes a little less). But it’s only half an hour from Gorodeya to Nesvizh. As a rule, flights are well connected with the train schedule. And there are a lot of buses themselves.
The city’s bus and train stations are located in the same building. You can buy tickets either at the box office (immediately after arrival) or directly from the driver. They cost — pennies (about 2 BYN).

Advantages of a compound trip: very cheap and very colorful. I personally find it more pleasant to travel by train than by minibus.
Disadvantages: the need to transfer from one transport to another. Terrible toilets on trains. And also, people who sell tickets from Gorodeya to Nesvizh, apparently believe that their buses are dimensionless. Therefore, get ready to sniff other people’s heads on the road.… Well, or armpits.

How to get from the railway station to Nesvizh Castle?
On foot. It’s not far away. Plus, check out the city hall on the way. In Nesvizh, all roads lead to the castle. There are many signs on the streets. And groups of tourists won’t let you get lost. Just follow them and they will quickly lead you to the palace park.
How to find a good place to live in Nesvizh?
As I said before, such a trip can easily be accommodated in one day. In the morning, you leave Minsk, and in the evening, you return back. Transport in both directions runs quite often.

But if you want to stay in the city longer, then pay attention to the Bialystok Hotel. Personally, I liked her at the time.
You can find other housing options in Minsk and Nesvizh on this website. And don’t forget that I have a great article about the city of Radziwills. The link to it will be below.
There I told you what to see in Nesvizh (besides the castle), where to have a snack and which places are better to avoid by the tenth way. Read it. It will perfectly help you plan your trip.
